Led product strategy and engineering for a Quote-to-Cash SaaS platform serving the North American heavy equipment rental market. Architected and executed the migration of a legacy .NET WinForms / WPF platform to a multi-tenant Azure cloud SaaS. P&L responsibility across product, professional services, and consulting revenue.
Six years inside one of the largest healthcare RCM organizations. Owned the RCM Payer modules, ran HL7 integration with Epic, Cerner, Midas+. Built two-way ETL with Relay Health and Ovation Health. Led implementation of Phreesia patient registration, Physician Advisory portal, and Python Scrapy-based payer scraping frameworks.
Led ETL streams for a Logistics Leader (Household, Corporate & Government/Military move operations) — inside Performance Management (iPM) agent BI portal. Consolidated data from mainframe ADABAS, DB2, PeopleSoft, and file extracts using SAP BO Data Services. Delivered the EDW that powered agent scoring and operational reporting.
