Claude-powered contract extraction & registry

Built a Claude AI agent that extracts structured data from contracts across all common formats — native PDFs, scanned/image PDFs, JPGs, and Word documents. Wrapped into an event-driven workflow: when a new document lands in a Box folder, the agent parses it, validates fields, and writes to a contract registry database. Power BI dashboards surface obligations, expiry dates, and counterparty exposure across thousands of agreements.

OpenAI sentiment triage for Service Cloud tickets

Wired Salesforce Service Cloud to OpenAI for real-time sentiment analysis on inbound customer responses. When sentiment crosses the risk threshold — frustration, escalation language, churn signals — Zapier routes the ticket details to a Slack channel for the Ops team to action within minutes. Replaced after-the-fact churn reviews with same-shift intervention on at-risk accounts.

When a new lead is created in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Zapier kicks off an enrichment workflow: ICP parameters drive automated research across LinkedIn, Apollo.io, and other reliable sources. OpenAI synthesizes the findings into a lead summary and writes back to several Sales Cloud fields — firmographics, intent signals, and a priority score. Reps land on every new lead with the brief already on the record.

Sales/marketing site revamp with MCAE & Salesforce lead capture

Revamped a sales & marketing website with a quick, secured lead-capture path — a custom form fronted by Azure Functions writes leads to Cosmos DB and syncs into Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE) and Salesforce in near real-time. Application Insights provides end-to-end telemetry across form submissions, function execution, and downstream sync. Improved site health score using SEMrush, and used Google Analytics insights to sharpen content and rework navigation around what visitors actually click.

Email-to-Drive document registry, built with Claude

Built a Google Apps Script-driven document registry: incoming email attachments are automatically pulled, classified by client contact, and filed into per-client Google Drive folders — turning a scattered email-attachment trail into a structured knowledge base. The script was engineered end-to-end with Claude as the coding partner. A companion Google Sheets dashboard surfaces document counts, latest activity, and client coverage at a glance.
